Every photography appointment is handled by Visual Grip’s owner, Jonathan Ayala. The real estate photography showcased throughout this website is Jonathan’s portfolio, so the photographer whose work you see is the person who will photograph your property. You will work with the same photographer each time.
You pay when your media is ready for delivery. The delivery notification takes you to a secure online payment screen, where you can pay by credit card. Your media unlocks immediately after payment, and you can then download your files and invoice.
Media charges cover only the work completed. If drone media could not be captured, or you decided against a service during the appointment and it was not performed, that service will not be included in your media invoice. Cancellation and additional-visit fees follow the separate policies described in this FAQ.
Clean and stage the property before the appointment. Jonathan can make light adjustments such as straightening chairs, fluffing pillows, moving a blanket, closing toilet seats, and switching off a television. Moving furniture, cleaning, and full staging are the client’s responsibility.
Please avoid moving clutter from room to room while the shoot is underway, especially when multiple services are booked. Review the pre-shoot checklist before the appointment.
Photography commonly takes 30–60 minutes. Larger properties and additional services require more time. A Zillow 3D capture of about 3,500 square feet takes roughly 30 minutes under ideal conditions, in addition to any other services booked.
The property must be ready when Jonathan arrives so the appointment can stay on schedule.
We do not offer a proofing service. Jonathan selects the strongest photographs for your package. If you need particular rooms, angles, or features included, tell us before the shoot so they can be planned into the appointment.
Standard processing includes color correction and adjustments to brightness, contrast, exposure, and cropping. Small-item removal, such as visible wires or shampoo bottles, is included where practical. This does not include removing large objects or clearing substantial clutter.
Large or detailed changes may incur an additional charge, including a fee per photograph for clutter, garbage, or construction-material removal. Tell Jonathan about requested touch-ups during the shoot, or use our contact form after delivery. Requested touch-ups are usually completed within 24–48 hours. We can also review a request to improve the appearance of a lawn digitally.
If you have a tight listing deadline, make the home picture-perfect before the appointment. Clean, tidy, and declutter as thoroughly as possible to avoid delays and additional Photoshop requests.
