Yes, for an additional charge. These locations are outside the standard interior and exterior property package. Request them before the appointment so we can plan the route, time, and any access requirements. The price depends on the locations and scope.
A video walkthrough presents a guided, edited view of the property. A Zillow 3D tour lets viewers move through the home at their own pace and does not include audio. The two formats serve different viewing preferences and can be ordered together.
A highlight listing video is generally about one minute. A full walkthrough is usually around 1½–2 minutes, depending on the property and the package selected.
We select music that is licensed for use in the video. If you liked a track in one of our previous projects, let us know before production and we can review whether it is suitable and available.
Send instructions, exclusions, captions, and any narration script before the shoot and edit. A script should be final before recording. Changes requested after delivery incur an additional charge unless we are correcting our own mistake.
Please do not alter the delivered video yourself, including its music or captions. Some components contain licensed material, and your usage license applies to the original delivered version. Contact us for changes.
No. We do not reuse footage commissioned and licensed for another client’s project.
Zillow no longer offers the standard listing-video upload route we previously used. Our current route for adding a video directly to a Zillow listing is through Zillow Showcase.
Showcase is Zillow’s optional paid product for an enhanced listing presentation. The agent purchases Showcase access or a listing credit from Zillow; that cost is separate from Visual Grip’s media services.
A Showcase listing requires qualifying professional photographs, a Zillow 3D Home tour, and an interactive floor plan. Video is an optional addition once the required media is in place. Zillow currently allows one listing video up to 120 seconds, uploaded through Aryeo by the same provider who created the other listing media.

Yes. An unbranded version removes the property address and personal contact information. Follow your MLS’s requirements when uploading it. A branded version can be used for your own website and social media where the platform permits it.
You can share the delivered video for marketing the listing and your business. Use the Vimeo link or embed code to display it on your website, or upload the supplied file to your permitted marketing channels. Keep the video in its delivered form and check each platform’s upload requirements.
Check the player’s quality setting and select an HD version where available. Your connection and playback device can affect streaming quality. If the problem continues, use our contact form with the video link and details of the issue so we can help.
